Return & Refund Policy – Payal Fancy Store Pushkar

At Payal Fancy Store Pushkar, we take pride in offering high-quality artificial and gold-plated jewellery. Due to the delicate and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we follow a strict return policy.

Returns
We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide unboxing video proof

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used jewellery

  • Items without original packaging

  • Orders without unboxing proof

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Cash on Delivery Orders

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
